I chose this topic because it has a lot to do with my passions and goals. My mom was a dressage trainer and taught me all my basic knowledge about riding, but when we moved I switched over to hunter/jumper. Although both disciplines are considered English work, they are different in so many ways! A lot of people debate whether dressage or hunter/jumpers is worse for a horse, and since they both affect my riding so much, I’d like to know personally. As such an involved horse rider I feel that it is my personal duty to know and understand how what I’m doing is affecting my horse.
Hey Hanna. Great job so far. You have a lot of good information. I think its really cool that you are doing a topic that you are so passionate about. I think because of your love for horses, it will make it easier for you to go far with this project. Great job so far, and I really look forward to seeing this when it's done. =)
ReplyDeleteI am also a huge horse lover. My cousins use to ride all the time, so I was raised around them. I also wonder how jumping affects a horse. I know that you will do great on this project and I cannot wait to see your finished product! I know that it will be great!! :)
